Gay Hendricks Ph.D. There are many who have lost their inner feel of what breathing should be like and have a difficult to impossible time following written instructions or even a good video. I owe a great deal to Gay and Katie Hendricks for a better understanding about why I use my self help and hands on breathing development techniques so often and with such incredibly productive results. I encourage you to try anything that seems like the primary criteria is to make breathing easier and feeling more relaxed. We will add depth, volume and strength to that but not at the expense of ease and balance. The self strapping techniques and other breathing development and relaxing techniques and exercises in the 176 video are where I want you to begin.. How good is YOUR breathing?
