High Blood Pressure Several clients have told me that their so called uncontrollable high blood pressure was handled by using one of my recorded breathing exercises namely Better Breathing Exercise #1 aka The Serenity Breathing Meditation. I named it the Serenity Breathing Meditation many years ago and changed its name because no one connected breathing with serenity and stress management. But it seems like leading edge medical professionals such as Drs. Andrew Weil and Robert Fried are learning that optimal breathing has many more benefits than heretofore realized by modern medicine. Science has proven that there are other many aspects of hypertension that can be assisted by breathing correctly. Our Better Breathing Exercise #2 trains people to breathe with an even, balanced energetic quality. It used to be called The Tibetan Caffeine. Implying balanced, clean, clear, non drug or synthetic energy at it's very highest and best. If you are interested in the science behind the benefits better breathing get as well Robert Fried's latest book. I do not treat illness. I only work toward establishing optimal breathing. The neat thing about that is that many illnesses just diminish or disappear when the breathing gets better. I have put both exercises and my manual plus two other tapes in a special package just for you. Considering all the negative drug side effects and money spent in blood pressure controls I am hoping that many of you will try this safe, inexpensive way to ease the pressure on your nervous system. Make sure you share this information with your health professional in case there is some special (and probably rather unusual) reason that you should not be trying these exercises. See Press Release below NON-DRUG TREATMENT FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE You can purchase Exercise #1
or Exercise #2 or both recorded exercises or
