It is a publication of a colleague of mine named David Klein. It is about how to heal the body with natural raw living foods. This is about as "natural" as one can get. There is much confusion and controversy about supplementation and whether cooked foods are good or bad for you. Supplementation promises to replace the nutrients that we should have gotten from natural food. Which is better? I say they ALL have a place. To me the primary issue is timing. Dave might argue against any cooked foods. He might be right , I can not say for sure. I can only say he operates with complete integrity and belief in what he is doing. I am very proud to have him as a friend. Clarification is needed and people with world class professionalism such as Nutrition Educators like Dave are busy working to guide people into what is right for that person at that moment. The mark of a professional is "to know what is needed and to deliver what is needed on time". David specializes in clearly and passionately documented examples of how to make live foods work for you. I strongly urge you to learn what he has to offer. http://www.livingnutrition.com
