Optimal Breathing Practitioner Locations

Each practitioner integrates Optimal Breathing principles into his or her specific health, wellness or performance specialty. Choose the person or specialty that is most interesting or relevant to your goals or situation.

It will greatly add to ease and speed of communication and enhanced results with your local practitioner if you already have viewed, read and worked with both the 176 Video/DVD and Manual. Once you have them you can email us for a local person's link.

A Blue color below indicates that there is a practitioner in that area. If there are none in your area then ask an appropriate person to come and take our training so you can have someone in your area to work with. Otherwise come and take our training yourself.
