Tips - For Getting Warm
In the PRPtm position above - in the Secrets of Optimal Breathing Manual - wrap yourself completely neck to bottoms of your feet, in multiple blankets, a goose down quilt or if you must, an electric blanket. Goose down is better. Place your thumbs over your kidneys (below your back ribs and above your pelvis). Wrap your fingers around your sides. Squeeze gently as you nose breathe long slow deep breaths into your squeezed fingers and thumbs. Imagine breathing in a warm and calming energy. Let your tongue lightly touch the roof or your mouth and your jaw relax. Repeat this and then Try bringing your shoulders back just a little as you breathe in. Was it easier to breathe? Do it THAT way then. More oxygen, more inner fire. Dizziness, spaceyness or otherwise confusion means you should stop and continue your day or stop and recommence in a minute or two after the energy has subsided or integrated within you. Repeat it several times daily as well. There are supporting techniques and exercises for increasing warmth, energy and an increased quality of life. They are found in our energy program. |
